Refund & Return Policy

At Goode Damn Coffee, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality coffee and products to our customers. Because coffee is a consumable food product, all coffee sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrectly selected products.
Coffee & Consumable Products
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of coffee, beverages, or other consumable products once they have been purchased or shipped.
We do not provide refunds because:
You do not like the flavor, roast, or tasting notes.
You ordered the wrong coffee, grind size, quantity, or product.
You changed your mind after your order was processed or shipped.
The product was delivered but not retrieved in a timely manner.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We want to make things right when the issue is our responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at GoodeDamnCoffee@gmail.com.
Please include:
Your name and order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your claim, Goode Damn Coffee may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was lost during shipping or your order never arrives, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
Goode Damn Coffee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed, roasted, packaged, or shipped. Once fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled.
Merchandise & Non-Food Products
Returns or exchanges for merchandise and other non-consumable products will be handled separately based on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the order.
