Take Two™ is our premium single-origin coffee from Santander, Colombia, grown by more than 120 farming families who have perfected their craft in the lush mountain forests of northern Colombia. Rainforest Alliance Certified and organically grown, these farmers carefully oversee every step,  from cherry to drying. They produce a coffee that is consistently exceptional.

Roasted somewhere on the Southside of Houston, Take Two delivers everything we love about Colombian coffee: a full, rich, creamy body with notes of chocolate, caramel, ripe plum, and sweet raisins. It's smooth enough for your first cup of the morning, comforting enough for your last cup of the day, and flavorful enough to make you reach for "just one more."

When we set out to choose our very first release, the decision came down to two extraordinary coffees. The Kenya AA earned the title of First Drop™, but this single-origin coffee from Santander, Colombia never stopped impressing us. In fact, choosing between them was one of the hardest decisions we made. We named this coffee Take 2™ because every great story deserves another chapter, and some of the best discoveries come the second time around. Lovingly grown by farming families in the mountains of Santander, we believe this is the coffee that many of you will come back for again and again, the one that quietly becomes your favorite after the very first cup.
